JH Home LLC is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near St. Louis, MO
We are seeking several part time maintenance technicians to maintain residential rental properties in St Louis area. This is a long term on going part time job (min 2 days per week). Working time is flexible to fit into your available daily schedule. You could treat this job as your 2nd/side job and do it after your daily full time work or in weekends if you have a full time job currently. Required to have minimum two years maintenance job history. Have experience in heating/cooling, plumbing and electrical as plus. Require to have your own vehicle and own basic tools. Please do not apply if you do not have building maintenance experience and job history. Job is available to be started asap.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
